NOTE: I prefer that people try a demo out before purchasing if they have a back or knee problem.
Call me to find a place in your area that will let you come in their clinic to try a free session. Many people may find that laying on a spiral machine does not lift the body is gentle enough or many people that cannot stand for long times can lay on their back on the floor and just put their legs on their to drain their lymph and build the body up that way. A starting point for many without putting pressure on the back but still using it for lymphatic stimulation and circulation.
Take the Back/Knee/Hip Pain Quiz. Our health coach will call you during the time you request to go over your results.

Do you have low bone density?
Does your back hurt after sitting or staying in bed a long time?
Have you had a hip replacement?
Which part of your back has pain?
Have you had a knee replacement?
Can you stand for a long time?
Do you have pain when you run?
Do you have a posture problem?
Do you exercise regularly?
Can you jump rope without your back hurting?
Does massage help your pain?

Do you currently do any exercises for your back muscles?
What is your weight?

I try to make that everyone that takes the quiz gets called back the same day. If you let me know what time to call, I will try to call you at that time. If I believe someone is too sick to use a vibration machine or there are other steps that should probably be looked at first, I will tell you. There is about 1 in 10 emails that I get that doesn't qualify someone for a machine. Thanks for taking the time to read my site.
How tall are you?
Have you wore very cushioned shoes most of your life?
Can you twist your back?
Does your back hurt when you cough?
Do you go to a chiropractor and get adjustments?
Do you have degenerative disks in your back?
Contact me today for a free ½ hour phone consultation to discuss how I can help your compare vibration machines that you are looking at, components and engineering differences, and how to determine the right power you need and vibration type based on your body ecology. If I don't think a vibration machine is right for you, I will tell you. About 10% of people that call me have such compromised health that they do not qualify for a vibration machine until other issues are resolved.

When the lactic acid is freed from the muscles, the body can become tolerant of almost any position put in. The muscles can become lose and can pull less on the bones pulling them out of alignment.
Diffusing the lymph out of the body might be the root of the problems that cause pains in joints and bones. Inflammation is can be good but not after the body is in the healing state too long. Inflammation can be good to bring blood to the area to speed up healiing but if do to a non-injury or acidity or toxicity or not enough oxygen to the area, that can be a different experience.
The back and knee quiz will help me determine if someone should probably get a linear model (up and down plate) or a teeter totter plate that pivots at the hip and puts less of a ballistic G force on the back that can be adjusted by standing positions on the plate. Both are good but usually a person always prefers one over the other if given the opportunity to demo both types. Since back problems make it tricky to pick out one type of machine, I will often find a chiropractor or someone who has a machine I recommend in your area so you can try it first. I usually can pick out the preferred machine I think people will choose after I talk to you because of history of people that have had similar pain and issues in the same areas.
